POST /parts/alternatives accepts:

• drop_in
• functional
• cost_down
• availability
• domestic_replacement
• lifecycle

MVP ranks catalog substitute edges with heuristic compatibility scores. Rich FAE/LLM substitute plan is opt-in later. Set include_evidence: true (Intelligence) to attach an evidence object per alternative (quality, summary, evidence_refs). Default omits evidence.
