# 高效BOM管理最佳實踐

> 把 BOM 管健康——匹配、風險、Adopt、Diff、成本與分享

## 乾淨導入

* 優先帶清晰 MPN 列的 CSV/Excel；沒有文件時可粘貼 part list
* 儘早處理未匹配行——後續健康度與替代都依賴 Full Match 質量

## 採購前先看健康度

* 查看分佈與風險標記（NRND/EOL、零庫存、缺失廠商）
* 使用批量替代，再有意識地 **Adopt**——不是每個建議都是 drop-in

## 跟蹤工程變更

* 凍結版本前用 **Changes** 看 Adopt 記錄與版本 Diff
* 換料時盯著 **Est. price**，成本影響隨時可見

## 與 Agent 協作

* 在 **Work** 裡提問時引用具體 BOM 行
* 多選 → **Compare**，再鎖定雙供策略

## 協作

* 用郵件邀請分享 BOM，而不是隻發截圖
* 支撐 PDF 放 Knowledge；行清單留在 Projects
