Quota headers on responses:

* `X-RateLimit-PartReturn-Limit` / `-Remaining`
* `X-RateLimit-LiveOffer-Limit` / `-Remaining`
* `X-RateLimit-Period` (`YYYY-MM`)

HTTP **429** when exceeded (no silent truncation).
