# Gestion de nomenclature

> Téléchargez des nomenclatures, des rapports de santé, des différences d'ingénierie, des estimations de coûts, comparez et partagez

PartGenie traite une nomenclature comme un document d'ingénierie évolutif—faites correspondre les lignes, signalez les risques, adoptez des alternatives, suivez les modifications et estimez les coûts.

## Créer ou télécharger

**1. Attach the BOM**

On the homepage, click **Optimize BOM** or switch the input to **Work**, then upload **CSV / Excel** or paste a part list. You can also open an existing BOM from **Projects**.

**2. Read the toolbar**

Across the top of the BOM:

* **Refreshing live stock** — how many lines have been priced
* **Files & Rules** — project files and instructions (these override your account custom instructions)
* **Changes** — Adopt history and version diff
* **Health** — score for the current BOM
* **Est.** — estimated cost range and how many lines are priced
* **Export** / **Share**

**3. Work the table**

Each row shows the original part number, **Match** (for example Full Match), **Stock / Source** distributor marks, and brand. Filter with **Level** and **Match**. **Add Data Row** inserts a line. Row actions copy, duplicate, or delete.

## Rapport de santé

Après le téléchargement, ouvrez l'aperçu de la santé pour:

* \**Répartition des composants* \* par catégorie (avec comptage des risques)
  — \*\* Liste des risques \* \* - NRND/EOL, zéro stock, aucune donnée d'approvisionnement, fabricant manquant
* \**Alternatives en vrac* — - scannez les lignes appariées et les remplacements fonctionnels de surface

## Diff d'ingénierie et prix estimé

Dans la barre d'outils de nomenclature:

— \*\* Changements \* \* - Adoptez l'historique et l'historique des versions (ce qui a remplacé quoi, lorsque les lignes ont changé)

* \*\*Est. prix \* \* — Estimation des coûts au niveau de la nomenclature à partir de l'approvisionnement en direct (par exemple, gamme + combien de lignes tarifées)
  — \*\* Santé \* \* - score de santé global

## Contexte de comparaison et de discussion

* Sélectionnez les lignes → \* \* Comparer\* \* pour un sourcing côte à côte
  -Sélectionnez plusieurs lignes de nomenclature et référencez-les dans le chat de l'agent pour les décisions d'approvisionnement
