# Gestión de listas de materiales

> Cargue listas de materiales, informes de estado, diferencias de ingeniería, costos estimados, compare y comparta

PartGenie trata una lista de materiales como un documento de ingeniería vivo: haga coincidir líneas, marque riesgos, adopte alternativas, realice un seguimiento de los cambios y calcule el costo.

## Crear o cargar

**1. Attach the BOM**

On the homepage, click **Optimize BOM** or switch the input to **Work**, then upload **CSV / Excel** or paste a part list. You can also open an existing BOM from **Projects**.

**2. Read the toolbar**

Across the top of the BOM:

* **Refreshing live stock** — how many lines have been priced
* **Files & Rules** — project files and instructions (these override your account custom instructions)
* **Changes** — Adopt history and version diff
* **Health** — score for the current BOM
* **Est.** — estimated cost range and how many lines are priced
* **Export** / **Share**

**3. Work the table**

Each row shows the original part number, **Match** (for example Full Match), **Stock / Source** distributor marks, and brand. Filter with **Level** and **Match**. **Add Data Row** inserts a line. Row actions copy, duplicate, or delete.

## Informe de salud

Después de cargar, abra la descripción general del estado para:

* **Distribución de componentes** por categoría (con recuentos de riesgos)
* \*\*Lista de riesgos \* \* - NRND/ EOL, cero existencias, sin datos de abastecimiento, falta el fabricante
* \**Alternativas a granel* \* - escanee líneas coincidentes y reemplazos funcionales de superficie

## Diferencia de ingeniería y precio estimado

En la barra de herramientas de la lista de materiales:

* \**Cambios* — - Adopte el historial y el historial de versiones (qué reemplazó qué, cuándo cambiaron las líneas)
* **Est. precio**: Estimación de costos a nivel de lista de materiales a partir del abastecimiento en vivo (por ejemplo, rango + precio de cuántas líneas)
  — \*\* Salud \* \* - puntuación general de salud

## Comparar y contexto de chat

* Seleccione filas → \* \* Comparar\* \* para el abastecimiento en paralelo
* Seleccione múltiples líneas de lista de materiales y haga referencia a ellas en el chat del agente para tomar decisiones de abastecimiento
