ECAD API is **deferred** (not in current docs or pricing).

## Evidence packaging

* **Catalog** `GET /v1/parts/{id}` may include `has_claims`, `has_engineering_profile`, and `evidence_links`.
* **Intelligence** returns claim / profile **bodies**. Without Intelligence → `403`.
