# Analyze a BOM

# BOM analyze

Intelligence SKU. Single job accepts up to **5,000** lines (`lines` / `items`).

1. `POST /v1/bom/analyze` with `text`, `lines`/`items`, or file metadata.
2. Poll `GET /v1/bom/jobs/{job_id}`.

Metering: submitted line count → **part-return**; `mode=full` + offers may consume **live-offer** units.

Result includes `normalizedLines`, risks, alternatives, optional `marketOffers`, and a `summary` block (resolved / unresolved / risk counts).
